The cellar
The Cellar, made up of about 400 labels, carefully chosen and selected to best represent local, Sicilian and Italian production, also includes French, Austrian, German, New Zealand and Slovenian excellences.
With dedication, passion and experience, as sommelier, Dario with his staff guarantees a perfect match and combination of the dishes on the menu with the recommended wine.
The wine shop
Open from 7pm until half past midnight
From summer 2014 the Porto Bello Sea Lounge also became a wine shop. In fact, it is possible to observe, taste and buy more or less 400 labels that you can find in the Winery.
This activity will allow visitors and tourists to open a particular window on the various local production, characterized by red wines, white wines, sparkling wines, raisins and grappa.
But the “Wine Library” also has the function to show to the guests a variety of products that come from Italy, with some French, Austrian, German, New Zealander and Slovenian productions.
A particular attention goes to the Sicilian wines, from the South of Sicily until the slopes of Etna, with a “walk” through the grapes of the Palermo’s province, until the northern tip of Messina.
